Gideon was started 9 years ago in North Dallas by Wendy Coppedge, who has been involved in supplemental education since 1991 . Working with a group of educators around the country she and her husband built a program that is the result of experience and convincing techniques. Eight years later Gideon is still evolving to be the best math and reading program in the United States.
