From New York to California, Gideon centers are providing the tools for academic success. We have spent over nine years working with a team of school teachers and supplemental learning instructors around the country to develop the Gideon program.

| 1.INDIVIDUALIZED APPROACH |

Gideon believes that through its individualized approach to learning, most children can experience success in school. Our program is designed to be self-paced for long term mastery learning. A student is tested and placed in the curriculum at a comfortable starting point based on his ability, not age or grade.

| 2. STEADY PACE |

Gideon student works at a steady pace and does not advance until each concept is mastered step-by-step. Our goal is to build confidence and focus that can benefit other subjects as well taking the student beyond grade level in math and reading.

| 3.PERSONAL ATTENTION |

Gideon student gets personal attention while he is working with Math & Reading in Gideon center. Instructors closely monitor the students at work. If student is struggling with any concept or understanding, instructor will jump in and make student understand the concept first and let the student advance from there.

| 4. BOOKLETS Vs SHEETS |
| |
|
Gideon designed & compiled their daily work sheets in to Weekly booklets. Booklets will have enough work sheets for a complete week. Students get their booklets and work on them on daily basis. Students does the class work and home work from the book. This way student will have his/her work organized into a nice package and this will help him to review the booklets in future.

| 5. WEEKLY TESTS AND REPORTS |

In Gideon we track your child's progress every week. Once students work on weekly based work book and finishes it, he/she need to take a test which is based on that booklet. This test results shows how proficient the child is on the concepts he worked for that week. If he/she scores well in test he will be given next booklet so that he will be introduced and challenged with new concepts. If any student struggles in any concepts, they will be given special attention in re-explaining the concepts from the begining and brining upto the mark in improvising their speed and accuracy.
